At Luni Gold, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not fully happy with your order, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process for our U.S. customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
1.2 Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging, including certificates and tags
- Not customized, engraved, resized, or altered
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-made or special-order pieces
- Engraved or personalized jewelry
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Items that show signs of damage or wear after delivery
2. Return Process
2.1 Initiating a Return
To begin a return, contact us at support@luni-gold.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed instructions.
2.2 Shipping Instructions
Once approved, please ship the item to the return address provided. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was incorrect or defective
- We recommend using a trackable and insured courier
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Approval
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Inspections are typically completed within 3–5 business days of receipt.
3.2 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank, processing times may vary.
3.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The return was initiated after the 30-day period
- The product is not returned in its original condition
- Parts are missing (e.g., certificate, box)
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order separately.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange a full refund or a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. After that, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Custom and engraved items cannot be canceled once production has started.
